Be sure to lubricate the tattoo with healing cream. Sometimes people who think they are specialists in the field of tattooing are advised to apply a thick layer of petroleum jelly or shaving cream to the tattoo. Vaseline, of course, will soften the skin, but it will not give any more effect, but a thick layer of cream prevents oxygen from reaching the wound, which noticeably slows down the healing process.

Until the tattoo is completely healed, it is better to refuse to visit baths, saunas, the beach, do not steam or soak the tattoo, limit yourself to a warm shower for a while.
