Estonian children will be left without tattoos and solarium
According to information from Interfax-Ukraine, the Estonian parliament is considering a bill that should enter into force on September 1, 2020 and some of its provisions will relate to tattooing, namely: minors, according to the norms of this law, will not be able to go to a tattoo parlor and tattooing drawings on them will become illegal, also, minors will not be able to visit the solarium.
Tanel Kiik, Minister of Social Affairs of Estonia, said: “It would be rash on our part to turn a blind eye to services, the consequences of which, according to modern research, can be extremely negative for human health and affect their future.”

There are international studies that directly indicate the effect of tattoo ink on the appearance of cancer, indicate the content of carcinogenic substances in them and say that the earlier (at a younger age) the pigment enters the body, the higher the likelihood of getting sick..
The minister also mentioned that there are studies that indicate the risks of melanoma in young people who use solarium..
